Create Effective Church Policies

Our audio trainings are led by experts in church risk management and legal issues. You will learn about current best practices, whether your organization needs a certain policy, and drafting tips. You will also receive some model policies and forms so you are not starting from scratch. Our online trainings include the following:

• MP3 files that can be “streamed” over the internet or downloaded to your computer, IPOD, etc.
• Policy Creation “Roadmaps” give a step-by-step approach to assessing, drafting, and implementing policies. Roadmaps are provided in Excel spreadsheets format so they can be easily edited with assignments, priorities and deadlines given.
• Sample policies, procedures and forms provided in MS Word format so they can be easily edited.
