Cost
The cost of our consulting will depend on the scope of the agreed upon project. We have come up with several “packages” for different size organization. We will establish a set fee and timetable (with deadlines) up front. This makes the project predictable for both your organization and ours. |
How Does This Work?
In general, we use a five-step process to address policy areas:
- You complete a questionnaire for the policy area you are working on and return to us.
- We then conduct an interview with you, reviewing your questionnaire and current policies, and flushing out key operational risk and legal issues that will influence our drafting.
- We draft your policies and key forms.
- You review and provide input.
- We finalize the documents based on your input.
